Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle touch technique based upon the belief that our bodies know how to heal themselves and will be given the appropriate assistance.
CST involves all of the bones of the skull, face, mouth, that make up the head and extends to the lower spine or sacrum.
Clients remain fully clothed during the session. You can either wear comfortable clothes or bring them to change into.
